Simple one-off Health M.O.T

Height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, body fat %, heart rate, waist circumference and lung strength measurements, with fitness advice. Five to ten minutes per person.

Workplace Health Walks

An energy boost, revitalised concentration, staff socialising are just a few of the benefits of a lunchtime staff walk. M.O.T.IVATE will arrange training for walk leaders, risk assess walk routes and organise paperwork.

Exercise Taster Sessions

Providing staff with an opportunity to sample different exercise types, enhancing motivation to continue. Sessions such as pilates, home exercise and circuit training, etc, can all be delivered on site.
