Day 1

Exercise Motivation Seminar (Groups)

A fun, interactive session designed to motivate participants, giving them the desire to start exercising more and ways of overcoming the barriers.

1-2-1 Consultation

A client-focused consultation provides the individual with belief in their ability to make lifestyle changes. Goals are set, and a personalised exercise programme is developed according to the needs and likes of the client.

Health M.O.T.

The client's height, weight, BMI, body fat percentage, blood pressure, waist circumference and lung strength are measured. Optional Cholesterol and Diabetes testing available.

Weekly

Educational E-mail or Motivational Text Message

Advice, information and motivational words are provided to the client's chosen email account or mobile phone.

Eight/Ten Week Stage

Follow Up Consultation

Including second Body M.O.T to witness changes. The client is given further advice to keep their programme interesting and varied, and to set new goals.

Additional Services Available

Dietary Advice

Personalised advice given to the client based on analysis of a 3-day food diary.

Exercise Helpline

Advice and support is available when required by the client.

Discounted Follow-up Consultations with Health MOT

To track progress and ensure the client maintains their new healthy habits in the long-term.

Physical Activity Sessions / Healthy Eating Seminars (Groups)

To help reinforce the good habits learned during the eight/ten weeks.

Try to exercise directly after work. If you go home first you may opt for the TV instead.
