Experience

Since 1998, Marc has delivered exercise sessions with a diverse client base, specialising with those that are new to exercise or lacking motivation. He always goes that extra mile to ensure each individual client gets the results they are looking for.

As a sprinter and long jumper, Marc has trained with coaches of international athletes such as Olympic Gold Medalist, Christine Ohurogu and Dwain Chambers. This has given him a great insight into effective training techniques suitable in a wide range of environments.

Marc will use his vast expertise, qualifications and friendly personality to develop an interesting, challenging and fun personal training programme to suit your individual needs, keeping you motivated to achieve your goals.

Health & Fitness Parties

The fun way to motivate yourself, your friends and your family to live healthier. The M.O.T.IVATE Process is brilliant for groups in social settings. The health & fitness party is "Come dine with me" with a twist. M.O.T.IVATE will send a fitness specialist along to deliver some fun group sessions and one-to-one consultations throughout the evening.

M.O.T Tip #10:
Aim to drink two litres or eight glasses of fluid per day. Dehydration causes tiredness, mistaken hunger, muscle cramps and headaches. A drink every two hours should prevent this.
