Having a goal tends to increase focus and can aid exercise motivation.

M.O.T.IVATE Health Events inspire people to exercise regularly by organising a target event of the organisation's choice such as a staff fun run, dance performance or football tournament. M.O.TIVATE then delivers weekly training sessions in the build up to the spectacle.

There are many options to choose from that provide the community or staff with opportunities to try different exercise types, learn new skills, meet new people and improve their health and productivity.
